1, What type of website is best for me and my business?

2, Who owns my domain name?
> You own any domain name registered with us, all that we do is hold it on your behalf.

3, Can I transfer my website away from Northern Monkey if I wanted to?
> We havent had a client needing to do this but yes you can if needed although there may be a small admin charge.

4, How many email accounts can I have and is there any extra charges?
> You can have unlimited email accounts with any website and they are all FREE OF CHARGE.

5, Is there any ongoing charges for my website?
> The only charge that you will incurr is the annual hosting fee which is from £120. With any new website that we create for you we always include the first years hosting FREE of CHARGE.

6, How can I tell how many people are visiting my website?
> With all our websites we have webstats that tell you how many people have visit your site. These are available upon request.

7, Can I upgrade my website in the future when my business grows?
> Yes of course. Should you wish to upgrade your website we will be happy to discuss the options.

8, What is Hosting?
> Hosting is the term used to describe the 'Physical' space where your website files, text and images have to be stored in order for them to be visible online. It can be compared to land-space in the building trade; you need to have some space (land) to put your website (building) on.

9, What is Bandwidth and is there a limit on this?
> Put simply, bandwidth is the amount of traffic that is allowed to occur between your web site and the rest of the internet and we do not have a set limit for bandwidth.

10, What is a domain name?
> A domain name is the address that people use to find you or your company online; it's what you type in the browser's address bar to go to a specific website.

11, What happens if I need a change on my website?
> We have rule as a company that if your change is only going to take 30 minutes then we will do this free of charge for you, if it any longer the we do charge a fee depending on how many hours it will take us. A fair use policy applies.

12, Is support available should I need it?
> Yes we can offer support at any time, please dont hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

13, Are discounts available if I have more than one website developed?
> If you decide to get more than oine website with us whether it be straight away or at a later date then yes we can offer you some kind of discount.

14, Will a website work for me and my business?
